Yep you guessed it, this week's topic is stress and how to deal with it.

Stress(n.): A state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or demanding circumstances.
Story time:
I am so happy that today is Friday! This was been a tough week. On Monday, I was writing an Accounting test, which I woke up at 03:30 A.M. to revise for, later on there was no time to rest because the following day I was writing an Economics cycle test. I stayed up until 01:00 A.M. studying, then I woke up at 04:00 A.M. to revise, the cycle test wasn't as bad as I had anticipated it to be. Nothing was due on Wednesday, therefore after studying for my English cycle test, I took the opportunity to work on my LO assignment that is due today, I went to sleep at the wee hours of the morning. I woke up at 03:30 A.M. so that I could finalise my assignment. I wrote my English cycle test and it was very challenging. I felt like a zombie throughout, because I was so drained. As I write this post, I am so drained, I want to spend the whole day in bed.
How to deal with stress:
- Take time off to focus on your self-care.
- Learn to change your thinking.
- Take each assignment as it comes.
- Set an achievable goal for yourself.
- DO NOT PROCRASTINATE!
- Exercise regularly.
- Get enough sleep👀.
